Hi everyone,
Doug just asked about the Baxter Street redesign. I just spoke to the PM's supervisor and wanted to let you all know that
the redesign is close to complete and we are waiting to finalize the plat so the property owner can sign the easement.
As I told you all, the lead designer passed away in early November and he was the lead designer for several of our
projects. The consulting firm has been spending a lot of time trying to catch up with each project and figure out a path
forward.
The PM's Supervisor didn't have an estimate on when we will have the redesign ready for your review. Apologies for the
delay. Please let me know if you have any questions or guidance.
