Good speaking with you this morning.
Per our conversation, the french drain has been extended as far as possible. To extend the drain further upslope
would encroach into the structures theoretical loading line as well as the roadways structural loading line. The
roadways connections are needed to meet the City's block length requirements as well as are in place to aide
fire and rescue in the event of a life and safety incident.
The attached exhibits show the addition of the french drain as well as BMP 5 outleting into the tributary to
maintain flow to said tributary.

So it looks like you're capturing the hydrology in the bottom section of the stream, but what about the top
of that system? It still just looks as if it's being buried with no way to capture the subsurface flow.
