This inspection was conducted to determine if the system is being operated and maintained in compliance with General permit no. NCG550000. The homeowner, Mr. Arnold Price, was present during the inspection. No deficiencies were noted during the inspection. The septic system is well-maintained and appeared to be in compliance with the General Permit. Mr. Price stated that the system does not discharge, and no discharge was observed during the inspection. Mr. Price has the septic system checked regularly and pumped as needed. NCG550375 17 (Cont.)
