under General Permit NCG530000:
NCG530127 / Frog Island Seafood #1
NCG530128 / Frog Island Seafood #2
NCG530129 / Frog Island Seafood #3
The renewed version of permit NCG530000 is attached. You may begin using this version
immediately. Please discard any old versions of NCG530000 that you have.
Because there have been no changes to the discharge from your facilities, new Certificates of
Coverage are not necessary.
PLEASE NOTE: as part of the Division's conversion to paperless communication, this email is the
only notification you will be sent regarding the CoC renewals. No hard copies will be mailed.
