The only copy of this plan sheet that I have was from the initial submission and only has 8 notes (see attached). Please provide 2x hard copies and 1x electronic copy of plan sheet C-1.0 with the wetland note (you can either upload the electronic copy or email it to me). The other issue were addressed. -Jim From: Farkas, Jim J Sent: Wednesday, November 17, 2021 1:06 PM To: Scott Brown <sbrown@4dsitesolutions.com> Subject: RE: SW6210601; Graceland Subdivision 1 Scott, I was looking over the additional information you provided on October 12, 2021. Everything looks good except for a few small issues: Please correct the following: - Application, Section IV, 10: o Total Drainage Area and On-site Drainage Area – Please exclude the on-site surface water area from these items (these items should equal the total project area as shown in Section IV, 7). o % Impervious Area – Recalculate this value based on the above comment (this item should match the percent impervious area as shown in Section IV, 8). - Supplement-EZ Form: o Cover Page:  Line 2 – Please exclude the on-site surface water area from this item (this item should equal the total project area as shown in Section IV, 7).  Line 4 – Please include the total water surface area here (this item should match Section IV, 6).  Lines 7-10 – Please include these items since there is a vegetated setback from a surface water within the project area. o Drainage Areas Page:  Lines 5 & 6 – Please exclude the on-site surface water area from these items (these items should equal the total project area as shown in Section IV, 7).  Line 9 – There appears to be a mismatch between the values shown on this line (379,647 sf) and the value shown in Section IV, 10 (371,223 sf). Please revise as needed or provide an explanation for the discrepancy. - Prior Comment 6: o I did not see the wetland note on one of the provided plan sheets (but I may have missed it). Please provide the following: - 1x hard copy and 1x electronic copy of the revised page of the Application. - 1x hard copy and 1x electronic copy of the revised pages of the Supplement-EZ Form (Don’t forget that the cover page needs a new signature). - 2x hard copies and 1x electronic copy of the plan sheet with the wetland note on it (If the note has already been included, please let me know where it is located). Hard copies should be mailed to me at the following address: For FedEx/UPS: Jim Farkas 512 N. Salisbury Street, Office 640E Raleigh, NC 27604 For USPS: Jim Farkas 1612 Mail Service Center Raleigh, NC 27699-1612 Electronic copies should be uploaded at the following location: https://edocs.deq.nc.gov/Forms/SW-Supplemental-Upload Since these are really minor things, once I get the hard copies, anything else that may have changed from addressing these issues, and the documents are uploaded to Laserfiche (Provided everything is still in order), we can issue the permit without doing another formal 30-45 day review. 2 Let me know if you have any questions.
