I would like to stabilize the shoreline asap. approx. 250 feet will be work on. Most of the land is slightly sloping so there will be less work here than most lake lots on lake james. Describe proposed work (include discussion as to how hardening of shoreline has been avoided, or why it is necessary): Will use machinery to clean the shoreline up and grade properly and create a boulder shoreline with footing and proper geo tech.
