cover sufficient to restrain erosion has been established and no additional
self -monitoring or self -inspections are required. Project is in compliance
and released under the SPCA. Termination of coverage under the NPDES
General Storm -water Permit for Construction Activities (NCG01) must be
requested by the permittee via a Notice of Termination (NOT). The NOT
is available at: ht -)s: edocs.dec .nc. govZ Forms NCG1--Termmination.
Please note that this correspondence must be uploaded as part of
completing the NOT process.
With this compliance statement, Jackson County is hereby released from
monitoring the enforcement of the Sediment Control Ordinance on the
above referenced project. This project did not require a surety bond.
