ADDITIONAL REGIONAL STAFF REVIEW ITEMS
The following four fields are being added: William Heafner fields LT-55-1 &2 totaling 105.2 acres, Mike Davis LT-48-13 & 15, 23.6
acres; Randy Leatherman, CA-48-10, 22.2 acres and LT-47-2, 45.2 acres, totaling 196.9 acres.
Including the application field acreage changes, the new total acreage in the City ofLincolnton's RLAP permit will be
734.6 acres.
Additionally, Fields NC-LT-55-1&2 have surface drainage features that have culverts to direct flow through the
conveyance present on these fields. The application map will be modified to indicate these areas will be buffered.
A depression is present in west portion of field NC-LT-48-15. The Land Application area will be re -drawn to exclude the
depression form receiving residual material.
A redefined compliance boundary is requested for the wells that are centrally located between site CA-48-10 and LT-47-
2.
