ONCE APPROVED, THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROGRAMS MANAGER WILL SEND A BMP APPROVAL LETTER TO THE OWNER. 5. IN LIEU OF STRUCTURAL BMP COMPLETION AND FINAL APPROVAL BY THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROGRAMS MANAGER, THE TOWN MAY ACCEPT A PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE IN ACCORDANCE WITH UDO SECTION G. I . 12(G).
