This letter is in response to the additional information requested for the Mallard Creek
Sewer Relocation project at our Mallard Creek Quarry located at 575 E. Mallard Creek Church
Road in Charlotte. Martin Marietta does own a portable power generation unit at the Mallard
Creek facility and does have the associated appurtenances and personnel available on -site for
distribution and operation of this secondary power source for the proposed pump station.
