On November 5, 2021, the Division of Water Resources (Division) received your application requesting a 401 Water Quality Certification from the Division for the subject project, with the required fee received on November 15, 2021. The Division has determined that your application is incomplete and cannot be processed. The application is on -hold until all of the following information is received: • Please submit a photo showing the extent of shoreline proposed for stabilization. • In order for the Agent Authorization form to be valid, both parties need to sign it (the landowner and the agent). Please sign the agent authorization letter. The agent authorization letter submitted with the application (attached) can be updated with your signature, or a new form can be signed by both parties. Also, you need to sign the agent authorization form (both parties need to sign it). If you can send this info via email to me at your earliest convenience, I can complete my review of the project. Thanks!
