This was due to Hurricane Floyd and the 22 inches of rain we received in September. The Town was also out of compliance on its twofoot freeboard limit from January 26, 2000, until March 6, 2000. This was due to the rain'and snow we received in January. The Town of Angier and its staff are in the process of inspecting sewer lines with aTV camera, placing manhole inserts in manholes and smoking sewer lines in hopes of controlling its Inflow and Infiltration problem, which contributes to high flow. The high flows helped contribute to the Town being out of compliance on its twofoot freeboard limit. Even with the high flows we received, the Town of Angier did not have any reportable spills. This was due to the hard work of the Town 5'talL Thank you 149— Henry J.
