Dear Landon,

This letter is in response to your 11-29-21 letter to Laurel Mountain Retreat attached.

We reported a daily BOD exceedance of 68.5 mg/L on 9/16/21. No indications of an
issue was known at the time and when results were known we resampled 3 additional
samples were collected with compliant results of <2 results or non-detect. We asked the
lab to review results with no issue known as a response. Several facilities had violations
in September for unknown reasons.
