As of the above date, the Water Quality Division of Wake
County Department of Environmental Services deems that
the required erosion control measures comply with the
intent of the Wake County Unified Development
Ordinance. Additional aspects of the approved
Sedimentation and Erosion Control plan are to be adhered
to until the site has been stabilized and a Certificate of
Completion is issued. This project is eligible for required
Building or Land Use permits to be issued.
