Hi Dave,
I hope that you’re well.
Based on a process document from our HQ, I’m checking with you re DWR’s issuance
of the 401 WQC for the R-2915E modification (attached) since it was issued prior to
November 5, 2021 - would you like us to use this WQC or will DWR need additional
time to process a WQC under EPA’s 1971 regulations?
