The following information is provided to address Finding Number 3 from the visit of Josh Brigham on
October 12, 2021:
On November 1, 2021 the Septic tank was cleaned by John E. Byrd Trucking & Tractor
Service (Service Order Attached). Mr. Byrd's recommendation was to wait at least 60 days
after cleaning before resampling the effluent. I will submit a new sample to Pace Analytical
in early January 2022 to insure compliance. If the sample is still not in compliance at that
time, I will seek further guidance from your office.
