Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts through construction techniques: Construction of an engineered wastewater system was reviewed to reduce the size of the drainfield and allow the proposed house to be located closer to the back property line. This option did not significantly reduce the wetland impacts and increased the design and construction costs by $30,000+ for the engineered wastewater system. 2.
