The press release shall be issued within 24 hours after the owner or operator has determined that the discharge has reached surface waters of the State. In the event of a discharge of 15,000 gallons or more of untreated wastewater to the surface waters of the State, publish a notice of the discharge in a newspaper having general circulation in the county in which the discharge occurs and in each county downstream from the point of discharge that is significantly affected by the discharge. Asphalt Suspected cause or source of debris: Upstream neighborhood has recently been paved, Aqua suspects kids threw rogue blocks of asphalt into the collection system. Are manholes in the area secure and intact? ® Yes ® No ®NA NE When was the area last checked/cleaned? this area has not had historical issues with debris, grease, or other materials. Aqua jetted the line during SSO and has scheduled additional jetting for that area to occur as soon as possible. Have cleaning and inspections ever been increased at this location ®Yes No NA ®NE due to previous problems with debris? Explain: Portions of the system are jetted annually. Aqua will monitor areas with to reduce the risk of these kinds of incidences Are appropriate educational materials being developed and distributed 0 Yes No NA NE to prevent future similar occurrences? Comments: Aqua sends out annual FOG educational material semi-annually, and Aqua will include language regarding vandalisim in the 2022 documentation.
