To Whom it may concern:
Please accept this letter as a formal request to RESCIND the permit for our wastewater system, permit
WQ0018635 located at 14625 Black Farms Rd in Huntersville.
On May 20, 2016, Hinds' Feet Farm paid CMUD $4,717 as our capacity and connection fee with regards to
the Ramah Creek Sewer extension which was run through our property (for which CMUD purchased an
easement). Once the project was completed and tested, Hinds' Feet Farm hired a commercial plumbing
company to disconnect our batch treatment system and bypass our sewer lines to the new sewer line. This
project was completed on or about October 10, 2016. Hinds' Feet Farm paid $8,616 for that work.
Since that time, the sewage treatment system has remained disconnected (both plumbing and electricity)
and not in use.
