On behalf of my client, Elk Creek Development Company of Banner Elk, LLC, I am sending you this request for an
extension to the 12 -19 -13 deadline noted in the Request for More Information letter dated 11 -20 -2013 we received for
the referenced project. We have reviewed all the comments and have been in the process of reviewing the site plan and
revising the stormwater management plan in an effort to address all the comments provided. Given the amount of work
and coordination needed to provide the requested information, and with the holiday season upon us, we would request
an extension until the end of January, 2014.
Please let me know if there are any questions or concerns with this request. Thank you for your help with this project
