Met with Kelly Quinn, EHA Manager/QA Whole Harvest, Warsaw regarding NCG060290. The SPPP was professionally prepared and updated according to the permit requirements. Investigation of the site conditions revealed that there are issues with boiler blow down and product waste entering into pond 1. This discharge is wastewater and must be contained, Provide a schedule that is reasonable to establish containment. The management of the flashboard riser in pond 1 needs to be documented. Currently, the flashboard is halfway up the riser. The bottom of the riser showed evidence of some discharge. The pond condition appeared to be cloudy.
