Describe the existing conditions on the site and the general land use in the vicinity of the project at the time of this application: There are 2 project sites located within existing sanitary sewer easements and on public and private properties. The general land use in the vicinity of the project sites are residential and recreational (near greenway system). More information on the project is included in the attached exhibit. The Banbury location alignment had to be moved closer to the unknown tributary due to complications with easements and property owner. The new alignment triggered different riparian buffer impacts than initially reported. 4b.
