This is an after -the -fact permit for a streem crossing of East Fork Chattooga River. It involves the installation of three culverts with rip -rap end protection and slope stabilization.

Access to reidential lot.

Theprojecg involves the insatllation of a 60" culvert and two- 36" culverts with rip -rap end protection. Fill will be place over the culverts, The side slopes of the fill will be protected with
slope stabilization.
