compound that would include a 130-foot tall monopole
telecommunications structure (overall height including appurtenances)
within a proposed 100-foot by 100-foot lease area. The proposed
lease area would be surrounded by a 25-foot landscape buffer/tree
preservation area and would be accessible by a proposed
approximate 205-foot long by 30-foot wide access/utility easement.
