Submittal of Revised Erosion Control Plan
Dear Ms. Lewis:
Enclosed are two (2) copies of the revised site plan of the Erosion
Control plans which are submitted to you for information and verification of
compliance with Stormwater Project No. SW8 961109.
Note that we have included the information you requested in a February
14, 2000 letter to us regarding the dimensioning and labeling of some of the
impervious areas and the high water line.
As stated in the previous submittal, the subject project is located within
Winding River Plantation and is covered under the overall stormwater permit
number SW8 961109. The impervious area calculated on the proposed plan is
0.74 acres compared with the approved impervious area of 2.0 acres. This is
obviously much, much less than the approved impervious cover. Please note
that we have provided an impervious area for the entire decking front and rear
to be covered by roof on the riverhouse.
