Danny & Ian,
Two suggested conditions for the 401 Certification:
The bypass channels for level spreaders 13, 18 and 19 must be relocated so that they
are not located downslope of the level lip. As they are currently designed, they
will compromise the function of the level spreader system.
The percent imperviousness of each of the drainage areas must remain below 30
percent.
