Meeting held on -site with Rob Pearsall and Beth Wetherill of NHC EC, Jamie Malpass of Malpass Construction,
Danna Lutheran and David Scibetta of SEGI and Bill Cameron of WFDC, LLC
Pond # 1 had been completed and filled with turbid water which was being discharged. Pond outlet was block and
outlet swale was being pumped back into the pond to stop discharge. Pond water would be either treated with
PAMS or pumped onto site to address turbid water and clean up pond prior to any further discharge.
Additional silt fence was being installed between Pond 41 and outlet swale.
Swale #1 behind lots 64-68 was installed. Excelsior matting was re -installed into the swale. Silt fence was being
installed around the swale at the time of the site inspection.
