your permit.

Comment: The outlet structures in both ponds need attention. The trash rack on the
pond behind Josh Court is completely covered by trash accumulation - no overflow can
occur from this pond in its current condition.
The entire outlet structure for the pond behind Cliff Court is filled with trash and
sediment and is completely blocked off. There is no orifice flow or overflow possbile
from this pond in it's current condition.
