North Carolina General Statutes and the Coastal Stormwater rules require that this property be covered under a stormwater permit. Failure to maintain a permit subjects the owner to assessment of civil penalties. Please submit a complete permit renewal form along with a $505.00 fee and other submittal requirements within 30 days.
