We submitted a plan revision on February 7, 2011 and Kelly Johnson approved it on February 21, 2011. That revision
increased the Townhouses BUA, reduced the Streets/Parking BUA, reduced the Sidewalk BUA, & increased the Future
BUA. The breakdown after that revision would have been:

It doesn't look like these numbers have been updated in our file. Let's just confirm I have the right information. The last
time I found that these numbers were broken out was in the 2010 permit and
application, which stated:

I'm assuming the street/parking or sidewalk numbers were reduced at some point to offset the additional 12,235 sf??

Ms. Nelson,
The following changes have been made to the plan:
-Adjusted dimension of Unit 440.
-Added concrete patio at the rear of Units #40 & 74.
13UA allocations for Pond 42 were adjusted. Some of the permitted future BUA
allocation for Pond #2 was used.
An original and one copy of the Plan Revision Application Form, and two copies of the
revised plan are provided.
