That revision increased the Townhouses BUA, increased the Streets/Parking BUA, reduced the Sidewalk BUA, & reduced the Future BUA. The breakdown after that revision would have been: b. Let's just confirm I have the right information. The last time I found that these numbers were broken out was in the 2010 permit and application, which stated: Pond 1 Pond 2 b. Total Impervious Surfaces, ft2: 123,204 302,406 Townhouses ft2: 12,480 86,944 Streets/Parking, ft2: 38,736 162,606 Sidewalks, ft2: 6,612 31,575 Other, ft2: 1,000 5,161 Future, ft2. 1,703 16,120 Offsite, ft2: 62,673 0 From your attachment it sounds like the numbers should now be Pond 1 Pond 2 b. Total Impervious Surfaces, ft2: 123,204 302,406 (but the sum of the numbers below include an additional 12,235 sf) Townhouses ft2: 12,480 94,216 Streets/Parking, ft2: 38,736 i162,606 Sidewalks, ft2: 6,612 31,575 Other, ft2: 1,000 6,910 Future, ft2. 1,703 19,334 Offsite, ft2: 62,673 0 I'm assuming the street/parking or sidewalk numbers were reduced at some point to offset the additional 12,235 sf?? Sorry for the confusion, I just want to make sure we are all on the same page.
