The revisions include relocating buildings and impervious area that had already been permitted with no change to the amount of permitted impervious area. It has been determined that a formal permit modification is not required for the proposed changes. We are forwarding you an approved copy of the revised plans for your files. Please replace the old approved plan sheets 1, 2, 3, 3A and 10 with the new ones. Please be aware that all terms and conditions of the permit issued on November 3, 2010, remain in full force and effect. Please also understand that the approval of this revision to the approved plans for the subject State Stormwater Permit is done on a case -by -case basis. Any other changes to this project must be approved through this Office prior to construction. The issuance of this plan revision does not preclude the permittee from complying with all other applicable statutes, rules, regulations or ordinances which may have jurisdiction over the proposed activity, and obtaining a permit or approval prior to construction. The buildings (#29-49 & 53) were just rearranged. No buildings were added. Impervious: You are permitted for 123,204sf to Pond 1, 302,406sf to Pond 2, and 409,101sf overall. I just want to verify that these numbers will be maintained (or at least will not increase). 2.) Buildings: It looks like you have just rearranged the permitted buildings. I just want to verify that there are the same number of buildings.
