After reviewing the application for replacing wooden decking at the Wake County Office Park, I've determined that
written authorization for work in the Neuse Riparian Buffer for this project is not required. Replacing existing structures
in the exact same footprint or smaller footprint is exempt from the Neuse Riparian Buffer Rules. If you need anything
