Removal of invasive exotic plants, replanting of native vegetation, and removal of concrete in order to replant native vegetation are all activities that are exempt from the Neuse Riparian Buffer Rules. In order to be exempt from these rules, it is understood that none of these activities will result in significant disturbance to the soil. If you need anything else, please let me know. Thank you.
