1. ALL EROSION AND SEDIMENTATION CONTROL PRACTICES WILL BE

PRODUCING RAINFALL BUT IN NO CASE LESS THAN ONCE EVERY WEEK.
ANY NEEDED REPAIRS WILL BE MADE IMMEDIATELY TO MAINTAIN ALL
PRACTICES AS DESIGNED.
2. SEDIMENT WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE INLET PROTECTION DEVICE
WHEN STORAGE CAPACITY HAS BEEN APPROXIMATELY 50% FILLED. GRAVEL
WILL BE CLEANED OR REPLACED WHEN THE SEDIMENT POOL
NO LONGER DRAINS PROPERLY.
3. SEDIMENT WILL BE REMOVED FROM BEHIND THE SILT FENCE WHEN
IT BECOMES ABOUT 0.5 FT DEEP AT THE FENCE. THE SEDIMENT FENCE
WILL BE REPAIRED AS NECESSARY TO MAINTAIN A BARRIER.
4. CONSTRUCTION ENTRANCE WILL BE RAKED REGULARLY
SO AS TO PREVENT CONSOLIDATION OF THE STONE. THE STONE
SHALL ALWAYS BE UNCONSOLIDATED TO ALLOW FREE ROTATION
OF TIRES.
5. ALL CONSTRUCTION ENTRANCES SHALL BE PERIODICALLY
TOP DRESSED WITH 2 ADDITIONAL INCHES OF #4 STONE TO MAINTAIN
PROPER DEPTH. ANY SEDIMENT TRACKED INTO STREET WILL
IMMEDIATELY BE REMOVED
6. ALL SEEDED AREAS WILL BE FERTILIZED, RESEEDED AS NECESSARY,
AND MULCHED ACCORDING TO SPECIFICATIONS IN THE VEGETATIVE

7. SEDIMENT BASINS SHALL BE INSPECTED AFTER PERIODS OF SIGNIFICANT
