The only permit I have for Bellamy is in regard to a parking lot and driveway improvement project SW8 060761, last modified on November 8, 2016. Ogden Elementary is currently permitted under SW8 051217, which is a high density permit with infiltration. Be sure that the roof drainage of the replacement trailers is directed the same way as the original drainage. However, if you will give me the permit numbers for these schools, I will put a copy of this email in each of the permit files to document our conversation and to use for compliance in the event that the trailers end up being larger than originally planned or placed in different areas than the original footprint. Send all suspicious email as an attachment to report.spam@nc.gov<maiIto: report.spam@nc.gov> Hi Linda, The school system needs to replace one of the modular classrooms at each of these schools due to issues with indoor air quality (mold). They removed the units this past summer and will be leasing replacements that are the same size (24 x 36). a . r Since these are replacements, and not adding new BUA I assume we do not need to modify the stormwater permits. They will be installed where the former units were removed so we can use the existing sidewalks and utility connections from the previous units. Please let me know at your earliest convenience as they are trying to expedite the replacement now that funding is available. Thank you, Doug Haggett, P.E.
