This is a reminder that permit renewal applications are due 180 days prior to expiration. We do not have a record of receiving a renewal application. Please submit a completed permit renewal application along with a $505.00 fee for permit renewal. Permit application forms for renewal can be found on our website at: https://deq.nc.gov/about/divisions/energy-mineral-and-land- resources/stormwater/stormwater-program/post-construction-2. North Carolina General Statutes and the Coastal Stormwater rules require that this property be covered under a stormwater permit.
