The outlet control structure is shown above. The control strum re was found to be in good condition with no
obstructions in front of the control structure. This will allow stormwater to Flow thru and over the area shown
while functioning properly during heavy rainfall events. No additional maintenance required at this time.
The photo above shows the opposite side of the control structure The area is stabilized with rip rap stone.
There is minor vegetation growth in the area and should be monitored to ensure excessive growth does no
obstruct the outlet PVC orifice. Due to the end of growing season fast approaching this should not bean issue
until nextgrowing season.

Comments:
• The above photo shows the double rip -rap inlet riprap apron appears to be in
good condition and functioning as designed.
• It is recommended to periodically (once a month) pull out the newly
growing cattails along with their root systems as best as possible to keep the
population from blooming.

Photo of center rip -rap berm
Comments:
• The photo shows the berm is in good condition. Some weed growth is
beginning to emerge from between the rocks. We recommend killing the
weeds twice a year with weed killer before they become a problem.
• The photo shows that many grass areas surrounding the pond have thinned
out and are dying. To prevent future soil erosion on the pond perimeter
berms, it is recommended that these areas be over -seeded for the next few
years with a warm season seed like Bermuda grass.
