The photo above shows an overall view of the Infiltration basin as seen from the north end looking
south. The bottom and interior slopes are stabilized appropriately with a warm season grass that
was dormant at the time of inspection.
The northernmost inlet point that Bows into the infiltration was observed in good condition. The
pipe was free of significant sediment The rip rap stone dissipater pad is in good condition without
displaced stone. There were no areas of soil loss/depressions around the pipe.

The middle inlet pipe shown above was found in good condition. The rip rap stone dissipater pad is
in good condition. There is no significant amount of sediment accumulation in the pipe or dissipater
pad. There were no depressions or areas of soil loss around the inlet pipe. No additional maintenance
required.
The southern most inlet concrete pipe was found in good condition. The rip rap dissipater pad is in
good condition and requires no additional maintenance at this time. There were no areas of soil
loss/depressions around the pipe. No additional maintenance required.

The photo above was taken at the southern end of the infiltration basin and shows an accumulation
of grass clippings. Asa maintenance item, excessive grass clippings should be removed from the area
to prevent matting in the bottom of the device. This can be done on an as -needed basis.
The photo above shows the sole inlet point that flows to the grassed Swale. The inlet pipe has minor
leaf litter inside and should be cleaned out periodically. The area around the pipe shows no signs of
depressions. The area at the end of the pipe shows no signs of erosion.

The photo above shows the grassed Swale as seen from the inlet point as it wraps around the
backside of the property. The swale area is well stabilized with a warm season grass that appears to
be dense and is sufficient to prevent significant erosion.
The photo above shows a second Swale located parallel to the access road and closest to the drive
thru. The area shown was observed in good condition with grass stabilization sufficient to prevent
significant erosion. Similar to the rest of the property, warm season grass provides good
stabilization.

Landscaper's Maintenance Punch List
1. (Quarterly) Check the level of sediment accumulating in the inlet and outlet
areas. Remove sand grit, debris, trash and plant material by hand shovel at these
points.
2. (Quarterly) Remove any debris, trash and collected sediment in the pipes that
block or slows down the flow of water into the stormwater devices.
3. (Semi -Annual) Monitor ground cover on inside of stormwater device slopes.
Bare or deteriorating areas should be reseeded as needed to keep area stabilized.
4. (Quarterly) Infiltration device should be monitored to make sure that water
does not stand in this device over 5 days after a typical rainfall event.
Hurricanes or Tropical Storms are the exception. Long periods of standing water
may be an indication that excessive sediment has been deposited in the device.
