Dear Mr. Avery:
On March 11, 2009 Amy Adams and Anthony Scarbraugh of the Division of Water
Quality (DWQ) inspected a residential subdivision located at US Hwy 158 North of
Harbinger in Currituck County. This project was inspected for compliance with the
Stormwater Permit SW7080403 issued to you on November 17, 2008 for the construction
and operation of a high density storm water system to serve Villas at the Pointe
residential development.
The inspection revealed that the project has not yet been completed. As such, you will be
rescheduled for an inspection at a later date. This office would Re to remind you that
you are limited to the impacts proposed in your application and you must comply with all
the conditions of this permit including operation and maintenance requirements.
As a reminder, if you change your project you must notify us and you may be required to
send us a new application. If the property is sold, the permit must be formally transferred
by submitting a request to the DWQ with appropriate documentation.
