Director Division of Water Quality This office received a Coastal Stormwater permit application and plans for the subject project on August 11, 2006. A preliminary review of your project indicates that before a State Stormwater permit can be issued the following additional information is needed: 1. Clearly delineate drainage basins on plans and show routing of stormwater to each stormwater treatment unit. 2.. Show location of and a detail of the bypass structure for the bioretention basin that will bypass storms greater than I inch. 3. Please complete the enclosed bioretention supplement and O&M Agreement. 4. A planting soil depth of 18 inches appears to be too shallow for planting trees, please justify. The above requested information must be received in this office prior to November 27, 2006 or your application will be returned as incomplete. The return of this project will necessitate resubmittal of all required items including the application fees. If you need additional time to submit the required information, please mail or fax your request for time extension to this office at the Letterhead address. You should also be aware that the Stormwater Rules require that the permit be issued prior to any development activity.
