Hi All,
Colleen, Stephanie and I conducted a site visit on Monday. Thank you both for meeting so quickly. We found that I had
missed a small amount of wetland impact below the existing culvert. Permanent Wetland Impact (W3 = 40 SF, 0.001 ac)
has been added to the revised impact map set that is attached. The attached page of the PCN with the wetland impact
table has also been revised to include this impact. A revised SOA is not necessary since the original SOA was for 0.35
riparian wetland credits. My sincere apologies for this oversight.
Thanks,
Jennifer

2i. Comments:
For 0.124 ac of permanent wetland impact at a mitigation ratio of 2:1, 0.25 riparian wetland credits will be required. An SOA for 0.35 wetland credits was included in the original submittal. There
was 0.020 ac of permanent wetland impact associated with the first phase of this development. If approved, the cumulative permanent wetland impact for the project would be 0.144 ac.

3j. Comments:
Of the 86 If of permanent stream impact from road widening in the first phase of the project, 36 If was for the culvert extension and 50 If was for the
riprap dissipator as shown on the attached impact inset from the original application at the end of the application. A stream channel has formed
through the riprap pad as shown in the in the photograph provided in AppendixA attached at the end of the application. Therefore, the riprap portion
of the impact did not result in a loss of stream. The permanent stream loss from the culvert extension completed previously was 294 sf.
Using natural channel design, the permanent stream impact to 200 If (S4) will enhance stream function and will not result in a loss of stream. The
riprap velocity dissipator pool will be embedded in the channel to maintain channel dimensions. Therefore, this permanent stream impact of 24 If (S3)
will also not result in a loss of stream.
Permanent stream impact from installation of the culvert for the road crossing will result in 67 If and 544 sf (S2). If approved, cumulative stream loss
from the project would total 838 sf (0.019 ac).
