SDO-2 and SDO-3 became subject to the Tier Two monitoring requirements following two consecutive Total Suspended Solids (TSS) detections above the benchmark value (100 mg/L) which occurred on June 30, 2015 and November 2, 2015. Therefore. SDO-2 and SDO-3 are in the process of being monitored monthly for all of the stormwater parameters until three consecutive monthly sampling results are below the benchmark values. According to the site manager, no discharge occurred at SDO- 2 and SDO-3 during the months of July, August and September 2016. The site will attempt to collect a monthly sample during the next discharge producing rain event. If you have any questions or comments; please feel free to call at (423) 303-7101. SDO-2 and SDO-3 became subject to the Tier Two monitoring requirements following two consecutive Total Suspended Solids (TSS) detections above the benchmark value (100 mg/L) which occurred on June 30, 2015 and November 2, 2015. Therefore, SDO-2 and SDO-3 are in the process of being monitored monthly for all of the stormwater parameters until three consecutive monthly sampling results are below the benchmark values. According to the site manager, no discharge occurred at SDO-2 and SDO-3 during March 2016. The site will attempt to collect a monthly sample during the next discharge producing rain event. 1f you have any questions or comments, please feel free to call at (423) 303-7101.
