Inspection Summary:
Industrial activity is not currently taking place at the facility. The facility used to operate as Wren's Wrecker and was not
covered under and industrial permit. The facility is currently vacant and was sold to the new owner, Rodney Pulley. Mr.
Pulley intends to use the site for metal scrap recycling and for car storage. The majority of the site is unpaved pasture land,
with a commercial building located near the roadway. The pasture land will be divided into two areas. One side will be used
to store scrap metal. The other side will be used to store cars before they are transfered to a facility where they will be
crushed. No vehicle cruching will take place onsite.
Two outfalls were listed in the application. One outfall recieves water from the area that will be used for scrap metal and the
other will recieve water draining from the area that stores cars. Most of the stormwater is expected to infiltrate into the
pasture land. Both outfalls discharge directly into a tributary to Fox Creek.
