Please see attached Nov. 2020's process control log for subject facility, due by 10th of each
month, as permit condition. Please note inclusion of operator log for month and flow was
estimated from beginning of month until Nov. 23rd. Estimates were baes upon effluent weir
observations at end of chlorine contact chamber on WWTP. Flow meter installation was
delayed due to issues with mail service and delivery. Continuous monitoring is done through
use of 'flash drive' attached and hooked up through 4-20 milliamp connection on flow meter.
Flash drive is changed out every 30 days and data retrieved similar to a chart. Data is being
Reviewed to determine a wasting schedule and time clock setting for DO control and RAS.
As you are aware, on a package wwtp, this is at best of times finicky, and is plant specific.
Plant is performing well with plant effluent BOD and TSS entering the polishing pond being
in the single digits. Please send a written response regarding your receipt of this email, along
with any questions and comments you may have on the operation and performance of this
plant.
Form will be submitted by the 10 of month based on receipt of data. We received BOD and
Solids data this morning for last of month in November. BOD, TSS, Fecal coliform are sent to
