Dear Mr. Watson,
I received your Notice of Deficiency for monitoring wells MW-16, MW-29, and MW-38 constructed
without adequate permits for Apex Companies, LLC and Colonial Pipeline in Huntersville, NC.
Thank you for issuing the necessary Monitoring Well Construction Permit # WM0301152 to cover the
MW-16, MW-29 and MW-38 to be in compliance. I was notified by Apex that they have received the
correct permit as well.
This was an oversight on my part, and I take full responsibility, I will be conscientious in the future, so it
does not happen again.
