This letter is written on behalf of the Buncombe County Schools to provide information
as to remedial action taken to the above referenced facility in reference to NOV letter
dated November 17, 2021 attached.
Our company, RPB Systems, is responsible for missing the new requirement for upstream
and downstream fecal for September 2021. We have had to adjust routes due to employee
resignations and failed to inform the new operator of the change. The new permit is on
site but we failed to review.
