Please reference the PCN submitted by Wetland and Natural Resource Consultants (WNR)
on September 29, 2006 on behalf of Mr. Jim Livesey and Livesey Development, LLC. The
project proposes a commercial development on approximately 3 acres near the corner of
Swannanoa River Road and Governor's View Road in Asheville, North Carolina.
It has been brought to WNR's attention that the company name has been changed from
Livesey Development, LLC to Riverwnik Center, LLC. Mr. Jim Livesey remnins the
registered agent of this company and all aspects of the project remain unchanged. Please
accept this modification to the permit application.
