We've hit a snag at the Livesey site (Swannanoa River Road and Governer's View Drive). A Phase 1 evaluation turned
up some contaminated soil at the site. We have been instructed by Mr. Livesey to hold off on any work until he knows
what ramifications this has for his project. We'll let you know as soon as we know something.
