Kevin,
As we discussed early, a Phase 1 evaluation of the site determined that there was contaminated soil within the project
boundary. We are unclear at this point what ramifications this has on the project. Mr. Livesey is working out details
and weig~tir>,g options regarding clean-up vs. folding and wallcir~g away. We have been told to stop work, as it is
infeasible for us to continue to work on the project if there is a possibility it could fall through. We are requesting a 2
week tare extension for the Request for More Information. Two weeks will allow Mr. Livesey enough time to
regroup and decide the future of this project.
