Subject: Request for re-determination by the director on a buffer
Dear Cyndi Karoly,
I would like to dispute a buffer determination made on a culvert and drainage ditch that
starts on my neighbor's property at 114 West Gerrell Ct. Cary, NC and continues through
my property at 115 West Gerrell Ct. Cary, NC.
This ditch has created a very dangerous situation that affects not only my three young
children, but the rest of the children in my neighborhood. Because of the potential
danger to life, my neighbor and I would like to continue the existing storm drain pipe off
both our properties where it can exit harmlessly into the woods behind my house.
I would also like to submit video that should leave little doubt that this is not a stream but
a very poorly placed culvert that created the drainage ditch.
